Fleischer’s Executive Appointed to American Society of Baking’s Executive Committee
In March 2010, Eric Kestenblatt was appointed to the American Society of Baking’s (ASB) Executive Committee. As an ASB member for the past 10 years, Kestenblatt was nominated by his peers this past fall. In this role, Eric will help coordinate strategic plans for future programs, including the annual BakingTech Conference.
The ASB is a professional organization that brings together individuals in the grain-based food industry for personal development, recognition, education and leadership. To date, ASB has approximately 2,000 members in 43 countries.
BakingTech is the baking industry’s leading technology conference and exposition. ASB’s annual conference offers technical solutions, insight and experience to more than 1,300 baking professionals who participate. This four day conference features technical sessions, receptions, luncheons, meetings, speakers and ceremonies with industry experts sharing their knowledge, ideas and experience.
